Decent for a short stay, depending on the room you get
The hotel is a nice budget one if you are a few days in Osaka. Just make sure to choose the proper room type because if you are not a smoker and you get a smoking room you will feel the smell. Location is good
The cleanliness can be improved a bit, and the option of smoking rooms maybe should be canceled

Utilitarian and in an great location
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that it was a comfortable room for a good price with all of the amenities that I needed and in a very good location in Osaka. I was able to walk to many great spots in the city, and there were several train stations nearby. It's a very utilitarian kind of room, which is perfect for my needs. I also like that they offer cheaper rooms if you don't need the room to be cleaned while you are there (and is just cleaned between guests).
The price seemed to be more expensive on the weekends, which I think is not a good practice. I wish there were more pillows on the bed too, because I like a lot of pillows. The pillow I had was pretty hard, which is common in Japan.

Probably an incredibly value-for-money accomodation if you enjoy Osaka/Dotonbori's nightlife.
Location was amazing, less than 10 minutes' walk to either Nagahoribashi or Shinsaibashi metro stations. Staff was also extremely patient and professional.
Not much, perhaps it would have been good to have better control of the temperature in the room, and more space to place our luggage or open it.
